Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, phone number, payment method — must be completely accurate and up to date. pk888 reserves the right to close an account registered with false information.

Managing an account on behalf of someone else, or sharing your account details with a third party, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at pk888 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, however pk888 reserves the right to verify any transaction for security purposes.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, unless instructed otherwise.

Identity Verification

pk888 may request identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be delayed if this verification is not completed.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members at pk888 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Usage Terms

Bonuses are usable only on specific games at pk888.
A bonus offer can be claimed once only.
Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
pk888 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

If a withdrawal is attempted without meeting the bonus terms, the bonus balance will be cancelled and only the original deposit amount will remain withdrawable.

05 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Permitted Activities

Prohibited Activities

pk888's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tiers advance through regular play. The terms for cashback and VIP benefits may change at any time, and users will be notified of such changes.
